ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dan Kennedy is author of the national best seller "Rock On" and the widely-acclaimed "Loser Goes First". He's a longstanding contributor at McSweeney's dot net and regular host of The Moth's storySLAMs in New York City. His essays appear in GQ Magazine, and his work has been anthologized in "Created in Darkness by Troubled Americans: The Best of McSweeney's Humor Category", "Mountain Man Dance Moves: The McSweeney's Book of Lists", and other publications.

He lives in New York and performs reading/speaking gigs on stages as nearby as East 3rd Street, as far away as Australia, and everywhere in between.
